Here at THE Vet Exhibition, we offer 12-month tenancies to our exhibitors to take the stress away of having to cram everything into one weekend! With a virtual exhibition, you don’t have to spend hours waiting for the printer to cool down or break your back carrying all of your banners, materials and those all important business cards, you can do it all from the comfort of your own home!

So, what can you expect during your 12-month tenancy at THE Vet Exhibition?

  1. A welcome meeting with your dedicated account manager

Once you decide to exhibit virtually at THE Vet Exhibition, you will be invited to a meeting with your dedicated account manager who will stay with you throughout the 12-months. From here, you can select your exhibition plot, size and go through any questions you have. Your account manager will let you know how many hotspots you have included in your booth so you can begin planning what you want on your stand.

  1. A meeting with the design team (this is where the fun stuff happens!)

Now you have picked the best spot in the house, it’s time to start designing! The possibilities really are endless in the virtual world and you can design your stand exactly how you want. Just take a look at some of the designs we have worked on for previous shows!

  1. Monthly meetings

This is where the power is in your hands. You are more than welcome to design your stand and leave it to do it’s job as your new long-term sales, marketing and lead generating tool. OR, you can update your content on a monthly basis to keep your audience engaged and coming back time and time again. In these monthly meetings, your account manager will share; what is happening in the auditoriums, how many visits you have had to your stand, which hotspots are most popular (and which ones need a refresh!), traffic flow, advice on how to increase database penetration and much more. We are here to help along the way and want you to get the most out of your 12-months with us.

  1. A dedicated social media campaign to help promote visits to your stand

Whether it’s a push on LinkedIn for your more corporate clientele or a story on Instagram to appeal to your younger market, your account manager will work with you to promote your virtual stand to our wonderful veterinary community which is now over 86,000 engaged members!

  1. Personal contact and commitment, every step of the way

Although this is a virtual platform and offering, we still know the importance of having someone you can talk you. Your dedicated account manager is always just a phone call or email away and will be on hand to make any changes, offer advice and guide you to success during your 12-month tenancy.
