He owns Roundwood Vets in London and Roundwood Pet Hospice & In-home Euthanasia a mobile practice operating nationally in the United Kingdom. Both are values-led organisations where culture comes first. Dr Dave is a prolific author who has written three books, including the best-selling "So You're A Vet...Now What?"—an essential read for new graduate vets. He has also written numerous articles and blogs, most recently a chapter on leadership for the prestigious Veterinary Clinics of North America
