Louise completed an intercalated degree in Veterinary Conservation Medicine at the University of Liverpool in 2009 and completed her Veterinary Degree with the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh, in 2011. After graduation, she worked in a busy first opinion hospital in Southend on Sea, Essex for 4.5 years, where alongside first opinion and emergency work, she set up and ran an exotic animal service. Louise then moved to Manchester in 2016 where she worked as a night vet at a busy 24-hour emergency hospital, before moving on to work at Vets Now Referral Hospital Manchester as part of their ECC and OOH team for 4 years. In the last few years, Louise has worked as the Veterinary Lead for a telemedicine company and was the In-House Vet for an online pet retailer, before joining the Vetoquinol team as a Business Solutions Consultant in April 2023.
Louise completed her two Cert AVP certificates in Zoological Medicine, and Emergency & Critical Care in 2017 and was an RCVS Recognised Advanced Practitioner in Emergency & Critical Care (2018 – 2023).
